Ingredients
Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Raw Mango (peeled & grated) - 1 cup
Turmeric - pinch
Dried Red chilli - 5
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Urad dhal (split black lentils) - 1 tsp
Curry leaves(chopped) - 1 Tbs
Coconut grated - 1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Oil - 3 Tbs
Method
Saute dried red chillies in a pan without oil. Keep aside.
Heat 1 Tbs oil in the pan, saute slighltly raw mango & turmeric.
Grind these 3 ingredients coarsely in a mixer.
Heat 1 Tbs oil in the pan, saute slightly mustard seeds, urad dhal, curry leaves & coconut
Grind these 4 ingredients coarsely in a mixer.
Add 1 Tbs oil to the rice. Now add both the mixter to the rice.
Add salt & mix.
